Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items when the requested size or product is available in stock.
If the desired item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In such cases, CEO GALILEO will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will work quickly to resolve the problem through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
International Returns
International customers may return eligible products following the same return process. Additional shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes may not be refundable.
