THE PALE BLUE DOT

Earth is the third planet from the Sun and — so far — the only place in the universe known to harbour life. A world of liquid water, breathable air and a stabilising Moon, it is both our home and the launch pad for every journey outward.

A WATER WORLD

Earth is the only planet with liquid water on its surface — covering 71% of it. That water, combined with a stable climate and a protective magnetic field, made it possible for life to take hold and flourish into millions of species over 3.8 billion years.

A BREATHABLE SKY

Our atmosphere — 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen — shields the surface from radiation, burns up incoming meteors, and holds the heat that keeps the average temperature a comfortable 15°C. A thin blue line that makes everything else possible.

DESIGNED ON EARTH

Every Ceo Galileo piece begins here, on the only world built for us. The Moon steadies our seasons, the oceans drive our weather, and the night sky has pulled human eyes upward since the very beginning. Designed on Earth. Inspired by the stars.

“Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us.”

— CARL SAGAN
